Management
Mr. Arun Singh Parihar (Managing Director):
Managing Director of Lancer Shield Force Pvt Ltd. served Indian Army (Armoured Corps) for 16 years; before moving into the corporate sector and later went on to becoming an entrepreneur. Mr. Parihar specializes in leadership development, mentoring and has played a key role in developing a successful company.
Wing Commander Suyash Kumar Shukla (Vice President):
Having served the Indian Air Force for 20 years; he has had the distinction of serving with the United Nations peace keeping mission in Africa. He has also worked with the various corporates which include Mining, Education, Finance, etc. in the field of security. He specializes in both Manned and Technological solutions for security management.
